What we do:

1. To provide educational assistance like books, note books, educational kits, school bags, uniforms and other essential items to the deserving poor students pursuing studies from primary class to higher studies.

2. To grant scholarships, stipends to school(s), college(s), needy persons, institutions, and organization(s).

3. To establish, support and maintain schools, colleges, institutions and to grant certificates of the Trust to promote and provide education.

4. To renovate temples and to establish a new temple for the deity to promote wellness of the society

5. To establish and maintain hostels, ashrams, Dharamshalas and training centers to assist the economically backward people, disregarded minority groups, people with disabilities, widows, orphans, homeless children, senior citizens and victims of disaster and calamities.

6. To establish, build and manage Short Stay Homes, Rehabilitation Centers, Shelters, Crèches, Child Care Centers or Children’s Home, Counseling Centers and Help Line Centers for Women, Children and old aged persons

7. To contribute to social activities famine and relief work, helping the victims of natural calamities and other activities for needy and underprivileged community.

8. To publish books, magazines, charts, material on issues related to IEC (Information, Education and Communication) and other periodical illustration for generating income for the trust benefits.

9. To promote traditional therapies like Yoga, Naturopathy, Meditation, Acupressure, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Reiki etc

10. To protect and promote natural herbs and plants by cultivation, preservation, storage, processing, demonstration, creating botanical garden and training resources.

11. To raise funds via donations, requests, public subscription, issuing appeals, accepting contributions from State or Central Government, individuals, philanthropic bodies, religious bodies, institutions, local bodies, and industrial concerns, limited or private, wheresoever situated in the Union of India or abroad to fulfil the objectives of the Trust

12. To promote and create employment opportunities for the poor people

13. To create awareness on health aspects especially organ donation like eye donation, blood donations and also testing blood groups.

14. To organize seminars, conferences, workshops, training program, lectures meetings etc., in furtherance of the aims, objectives and concepts of the Trust

15. To promote spiritual knowledge by conducting spiritual gathering and classes in person or online.

16. To acquire lands and buildings and vehicles by gifts, purchase or lease and construct and improve buildings for the use of the trust.

17. To raise loans or overdrafts, whether long term or short term with or without interest, for the furtherance of the objectives of the Trust and for this purpose mortgage or create a charge on any of its properties

18. To sell any of its properties in the best interest of the Trust and its activities and use the same for furtherance of the objectives of the Trust

19. To invest money which is not immediately required by the Trust, in such manner as may be determined by the trustees from time to time in conformity with the requirements of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and any subsequent modifications made from time to time

20. To payout of the funds/belongings of the Trust or any particular part of the such fund, all expenses incidental in the formation of the Trust and management and administration of any of the foregoing objectives including all rents, rates, taxes, outgoings, and salary of the employees.

21. To work towards enhancing the individual’s spiritual growth.

22. To bring about positive change in the social fabric through propagation of spiritual values and universal brotherhood.

23. To make sustainable initiatives to protect the environment.

24. To undertake large-scale human service projects aimed at improving the quality of life of people and alleviating common social problems.

25. To enter into contract for carrying out objects of the Trust.

26. To enter into arrangements with any Government or municipal authorities, local or any persons or trusts or company in India or abroad that may seem conducive to the objects of the Trust or any of them and to apply for, from such Government, authorities, persons or company any right, privileges, powers, authority, charters, contracts, patents, trademarks, licenses, concessions, grants, decrees, rights which the Trust may think desirable for attaining its main objects.

27. To acquire, lease, manage, sell, dispose-off, let, mortgage, exchange, redeem, underlet, grant leases, licenses, easements to turn to account or otherwise dispose-off in any manner the whole of the undertaking or any properties (movable or immovable), assets, rights and effects of the Trust or any part thereof, on such terms and for such purposes and for such consideration as the Trust may think fit.

28. To borrow and raise money in such manner as the Trust may think fit;

29. To collect, disseminate and utilize statistical and other information pertaining to the activities of the Trust.

30. To draw, make, accept, endorse, discount, and execute negotiable instruments;

31. To sell, improve, manage, develop, exchange, loan, sublet, mortgage, dispose of, turn of accounts, or otherwise deal with all or any part of the property of the Trust;

32. To receive grants, loans, advances, or other sums of money or deposits or otherwise from individuals, private organizations, or any kind of government authority pertaining to the activities of the Trust.

33. To use any kind of media, digital, print, electronic or physical copy, to create content, technologically upgrade and raise awareness of the activities of the Trust.

34. To open, maintain and operate savings, current, overdrafts, loan, credit or deposit accounts with any banks in India.

35. To acquire or create subsidiary partially or wholly of any brand, Trust or intellectual property which may be conducive to the objects of the Trust,

36. To invest funds for safety, emergency, growth or charitable distribution through any deposits, stocks, mutual funds and any other legal financial instrument,

37. To refer or agree to refer any claims, demands, disputes or any other questions by or against the Trust or in which the Trust is interested or concerned and whether between the Trust and the member or members or his or their representatives or between the Trust and third party to arbitration in India and to observe, perform and to do all acts, deeds, matters and things to carry out or enforce the awards.


38. Any other objective charitable in nature and of public utility as may be defined or interpreted as “charitable” by the Income Tax Act, 1961 for the time being in force
